Business Services Requirements

 

Documents needed to open a business membership:

 

1. Proof of EIN (IRS Letter with issued EIN)

2. Articles of Organization/Incorporation

3. Corporate Resolution (States who has authority to open the account and conduct business)

4. Social Security # for ALL signers

5. DOB (All signers)

6. Primary and Secondary ID’s

7. Proof of Address (All signers)

 

Please be advised that all documents are required to open the account. There may be some instances that alternative documents may be obtained based on the type of business.
